What truly defines Honestgainzz? I promise you once you read this entire passage you’ll understand why I chose the name Honestgainzz. It’s not about wealth, it's all about health! Health equals wealth. If I can help people achieve a healthier lifestyle, I know I am guiding people in the direction of wealth.

A clear mindset is difficult at times due to a busy work schedule. The nine to five job is a grind which can be stressful at times. The gym is a grind that can help with keeping your brain on track. The brain is just like your muscles. It can lose tone if you don’t give it a regular workout. I am going to give you ten benefits of why you should want to exercise daily:

1) Exercising delivers oxygen to the brain which helps improve your memory and reaction time to your nearest freeway exit towards the gym.

2) Is it me or have you noticed yourself reading more? Exercise and education are related so with that comes reading up on a wide variety of different muscle groups, diet programs, and workout routines, etc.

3) A proper diet is key! We all know 80% of it is diet so load up on vitamin B. Eating leafy greens and whole grain cereals with lots of dairy can be beneficial to the brain.

4) For some people going to the gym is like speaking a new language. It challenges your intellect while pushing your memory to the next level. This is great for the brain as it can be healthy for your social life.

5) Exercise also helps me with sleeping. Studies have shown a lack of sleep can affect your stress hormones which are commonly known as cortisol. Take the time to relax and get the proper amount of sleep. 6) If exercise is a grey area for you, think of it as a new hobby. Learning something new is considered a workout for the “grey matter”. 7) Training is a way of actively keeping track of your health. Two common questions asked by your doctor are: How often do you work out? What do you eat? Why do you think doctors ask these questions?

8) At the gym there is a wide variety of people to start a conversation with on fitness while working out at the same time. Stimulating conversation gives your brain the opportunity to explore and examine workout routines while taking the time to ask others questions.

9) There may be times that you use precise movements during certain exercises to improve your spatial awareness. This helps to increase your reaction time during exercises.

10) We all have a competitive spirit deep inside. Exercising can be competitive with friends and family. We test one another to exercise the brain on the information we obtained throughout the years of training.

In conclusion, the key to fitness starts from the inside out with a healthy mindset, proper nutrition, and the correct amount of rest. If you are able to obtain the above, you can achieve a great physique.
